Blueberry Scone

Add these delicious blueberry scones to your morning tea routine. A humble treat that will be sure to impress alongside our Blueberry Jam range.


- 2 cups Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 50g Cold Butter
- 1 egg
- 200 ml Milk
- ½ - ¾ cup Frozen or Fresh Blueberries
- Cinnamon Sugar to sprinkle


Sift dry ingredients together. Grate the butter and cut into the flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Tip blueberries on top of the dry ingredients and stir through.

Whisk the egg & milk together. Gently mix the egg/milk into the dry ingredients – working quickly to form a wet dough – can add more milk if necessary.

Drop spoonfuls onto a baking tray. Makes 6 large scones. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar. Bake 220 deg C 12 minutes until cooked.
